Bread & Butter for 10,000m races #CLASSIC
10 x 800m on 90 to 120 seconds recovery/walk
Usually early in the cycle, getting back into track work… (good to finally do some speedwork. Splits a bit disappointing but the point was to finish it almost steady and not feeling some niggles…all good)
Cadence too slow (classic…long stride…), power 420-500 watts…
Let’s compare with next time on the track…in a couple of weeks 🙂
